Odisha government has launched Ama Sathi WhatsApp chatbot, a unified WhatsApp chatbot providing access to over 120 citizen services. Through this, you can avail the benefits of various services run by the government. This will save time, remove middlemen, and give citizens simple access to services from their homes. The chatbot supports both text and voice interactions, serving as a one-stop digital assistant.
The Ama Sathi chatbot offers a single platform where citizens can access a wide range of public services include agriculture, urban development, income certificates, driving and fertilizer licenses, and welfare schemes such as the National Family Benefit Scheme.

Ama Sathi chatbot is available on WhatsApp number 9437292000, Available in both Odia and English. It is started to act like a one-stop digital assistant for the people of Odisha. Through this chatbot, people will be able to access critical govt services.
The chatbot also provides education, agriculture, and horticulture, ensuring farmers and students related services. Odisha becomes the second state in India, after Andhra Pradesh, to partner with Meta for such a citizen-centric initiative.

How to Use Ama Sathi WhatsApp Number
STEP 1: Save the official number 9437292000 in your mobile phone.
STEP 2: Open WhatsApp and start a chat with this number.
STEP 3: Type “Hi” or give a voice command to start the chatbot.
STEP 4: Chatbot will by default reply in Odia language, type and Send “EN” for English language.

The Ama Sathi bot is being developed by Meta’s partner, Business Intelligence Professionals. The chatbot will continue to simplify and streamline access to government services.
