DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme – Apply Online And Booking, Eligibility

DDA, which is known as the Delhi Development Authority, is now providing a new gift to the government employees and retired employees. The new housing scheme will be called DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana and will begin in December 2025. This scheme has been launched to reduce the growing house shortage for government workers across India.

It will sell ready-to-move flats in Narella Sectors A1 to A4 with a big discount of 25 percent. If any of the government and retired employees who are interested in buying the flats in Narela and book the flats, then they will get a 25% Discount. All flats are newly constructed, equipped with basic facilities.

DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme

Delhi Development Authority launched this new “DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana” for the retired and government employees. Individuals are required to subscribe online in the first come first serve order. The first phase is already prepared for launch, and a full brochure will be released very soon. There will be between 3,500 and 3,656 flats in gated communities.

DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme is to empower all the Government employees and citizens. The monthly payments and loan amount are severely reduced by a 25 percent discount.

Facilities Provided

• The parking Facilities are also given to the owners of the flats.
• Apart from the above Green area, i.e. Parks are also available for them.
• The location of the Flats is also very near Karnal Road and Urben Extension Road- II. You can easily reach to NH8 and NH2.
• Once the Metro Phase IV Corridor is started by the government, then these areas will also get the Metro Facilities. After that, the demand for accommodation in these areas is going to be high.

Eligibility Criteria

The scheme is available to government employees working in various states, including the Delhi Police, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, CISF, CRPF, and all departments of the Delhi Government.

• All citizens who are working in PSU, like Hospitals, central or State government departments.
• Age must be 18 years or above.
• The distribution of the Flats will be given as per First come and first-come, first-served basis.

Karmayogi Housing Scheme Online Registration

Online registration for the scheme will begin in December on the DDA’s official website. A short expected process is shared here to help applicants get an idea.

STEP 1: First visit the official DDA site at https://dda.gov.in/ and open the Housing Scheme page.

STEP 2: On the housing dashboard, choose Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025 option and click on Registration.

STEP 3: Fill your basic details like name, mobile number, email ID and department details and create your login.

STEP 4: After creating login, open the application form, enter your service details, upload ID proof and required papers.

STEP 5: Choose the type of flat (1-room, 2 BHK or 3 BHK) based on your eligibility and confirm your selection.

STEP 6: Pay the registration amount online using UPI, debit card or net banking and submit the form.

STEP 7: After successful submission, keep the acknowledgment copy safe for future steps.

This scheme covers a wide range of serving and retired government employees from different departments. DDA has built modern group housing blocks in Narela specially for this scheme. The allotment of the Flats will be made on First come and first-come, first-served basis.
