To solve the problem of water bills in Delhi, the state government has decided to start Delhi Water Bill Waiver Scheme. This scheme will waive late fees on water bills. This scheme will waive up to 90 percent of domestic consumers’ bills. This Delhi government’s initiative will only benefit domestic consumers.

STEP 2: Log in or proceed with your Consumer No, open your consumer account, and view the recalculated bill showing surcharge waiver.
STEP 3: Check total payable and due date; download or note the revised bill details. If any mismatch appears, raise a ticket on the portal.
STEP 4: Pay the revised bill online or at approved counters within the one-time window to lock in the waiver benefit.
