Eligibility
- Patient with annual family income upto Rs 3 lacs are eligible.
- Patient should be a bonafide resident of Delhi for last 3yrs.
- The patient can be of any age.
- The patient must be undergoing treatment at a government hospital run by the Delhi or Central governments.

How to apply for Delhi Arogya Kosh
To receive free treatment in Delhi for surgery or other tests, the patient or their family member must register with the Delhi Arogya Kosh. Eligible residents can follow these steps to apply for the scheme:

- You must fill out this form carefully. It will also require the signatures of two witnesses.
- The form must be attested by the hospital’s medical superintendent.
