What is eSanjeevani?
eSanjeevani is a government-led telemedicine platform that allows citizens to consult doctors online without visiting a hospital. Through e-Sanjeevani OPD, the aim is to help those people who are unable to go to the hospital. eSanjevani was initially launched to amid the COVID 19 pandemic to enable patient to doctor tele-consultation.
The doctors from major hospitals like RCC, Sree Chitra, IID, IMHANS, CCRC, MCC etc. has become the part of eSanjeevani. You can also access quality health services remotely via eSanjeevani by visiting the nearest Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centre.

How to Register on eSanjeevani OPD Login
To register as a patient:
- Visit https://esanjeevaniopd.in
- Click on the ‘Patient Registration’ button (highlighted in green).
- Fill out the registration form with personal and health details.
- Submit the form and receive a Patient ID via SMS.
How to Book an Appointment on eSanjeevani
- Log in using your Patient IDÂ
- Request a consultation tokenÂ
- Wait for confirmation via SMSÂ
- Join the video consultation in the ‘Waiting Room’Â
- After the session, download your e-prescription
This completes the application process, and you can then consult a doctor. Ensure you enter the correct information when filling out the application form. To consult a doctor, you must register on the portal. You can then book an appointment with a doctor at a time convenient for you. After the consultation, the doctor will issue a digital prescription (prescribe certain medications), which you can download and print.
