To create positive thinking among people towards girls Haryana government has launched the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana. Under this new scheme, all eligible women of the state will receive ₹2100 per month directly into their bank account.
The scheme was a major election promise of the BJP before the 2024 assembly elections and is now being implemented. All girls and women in the state over the age of 23 will benefit from this scheme. The benefit will be transferred every month through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) using the PFMS system.

What is Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana?
Before the Haryana Assembly elections, the BJP announced that women would receive ₹2,100 in aid. Subsequently, the Haryana government allocated ₹5,000 crore for this scheme in the 2025-26 budget. Now CM Naib Singh Saini has issued instructions to implement this.
The Chief Minister said that in the first phase, those women will be included whose family’s annual income is less than Rs 1 lakh. Haryana Lado Lakshmi Scheme Application form 2025 will be available on the Department of Women & Child Welfare Portal or the official portal.

Eligibility for Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana
- Must be a resident of Haryana for 15 years or more.
- The applicant must be 23 years or older. Maximum age limit for Lado Lakshmi Yojana will be 60 years.
- Family annual income less than ₹1 lakh, as per Family Information Database Repository (FIDR).
- Should not be receiving any other government pension or regular monthly stipend.
- Must have an active bank account in her name.
- More than one woman from the same family can apply.

How to Apply for Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana
The first phase of the Lado Laxmi Yojana has begun. Women whose family income is ₹1 lakh or less will be included. Follow the steps below to apply.
STEP 1: Download the Lado Lakshmi App from the official portal and play store using this link.
STEP 2: Register with your mobile number.
STEP 3: Click on “योजना के लिए आवेदन करें“. But before that, you should check your eligibility by clicking on the “पात्रता जाँचें” option.
STEP 4: Enter family details like Aadhaar of family members, residence certificate, income proof and bank account. Upload all required documents on the app.
STEP 5: Submit the form digitally. An SMS will be sent after verification to confirm eligibility.
STEP 6: Once approved, select whether to receive full ₹2100 or a lesser amount if you wish.
STEP 7: You can check status of your application by logging into the app and clicking on “आवेदन की स्थिति देखें“.

STEP 1: Open the Lado Lakshmi App.
STEP 2: Click on the Track Application Status (आवेदन की स्थिति देखें) option under the scheme section.
STEP 3: Enter your application number and registered details.
STEP 4: Fill captcha and submit.
STEP 5: System will show whether your application is under process, approved or rejected.
Applicants can check their application status by following the steps provided. The amount is transferred to the eligible woman’s bank account via DBT.
