BSNL and Indus Towers Limited have now changed the property registration process for installing towers. Now, instead of the official website, online applications can also be made through the Indus iCare mobile app. Indus Towers operates in all 22 telecom circles in India and is helping BSNL expand its network.
Farmers, property owners, schools and institutions can now easily apply for BSNL 4G or 5G tower installation directly from their smartphones by partnering with Indus. Property owners can earn ₹21,000 to ₹43,000 per month this way.

Land and Building Requirements
Before installing a tower, the applicant must have eligibility criteria and a land survey. Before you apply, make sure your land or rooftop meets the basic criteria set by Indus Towers.
- The land should have a minimum open area of 2,000 square feet.
- For rooftop towers, the building should be at least G+2 floors and structurally sound.
- Property must be legally registered in the applicant’s name.
Documents Required for Registration
Keep these documents ready before starting the application:
- Passport-size photo
- Aadhar or PAN Card
- Land ownership proof or registry papers
- No-Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Residential proof (electricity bill or ration card)
- Bank details for rent payment (NEFT/RTGS)
How to Apply for BSNL Indus Tower Installation via Mobile App
STEP 1: Download and install the official Indus iCare App from Google Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lmdi.icare.
STEP 2: Open the app and tap on the “Property Owner Registration” option.
STEP 3: Enter your basic details such as full name, mobile number, and email ID.
STEP 4: Verify your mobile number using OTP.
STEP 5: Fill in your property details like address, type (land/rooftop), and area size.
STEP 6: Upload required documents (ID proof, land papers, and NOC if needed).
STEP 7: Submit the form and save your reference number for future tracking.
