SSPMIS (Social Security Pension Management Information System) is the backend system managing Bihar’s social security pension. The department has launched various pension schemes to aid senior citizens and ensure financial stability. It works in conjunction with eLabharthi for pension disbursement via DBT.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant’s permanent residency in Bihar is a requirement.
  • The candidate must be at least sixty years old.
  • The candidate must be impoverished.
  • The program is not open to anyone who has ever worked for the government or is receiving benefits from another pension plan.

SSPMIS Bihar Apply Online

  • To apply for the Mukhyamantri Vridhjan Pension Yojana (MVPY) scheme.
  • Click the ‘Register for MVPY’ option on the website.
  • Fill out the application form on the following page.
  • After filling in all the details,  click the “Validate Aadhaar” button.
  • Now you will be asked to enter the OTP you got on your mobile.
  • Enter the OTP to authenticate the Aadhaar and tap the “Submit” button.
  • Now your application for SSPMIS is completed successfully.
