Vikramaditya Scholarship
Vikramadity Scholarship Yojana is provided under Vikramaditya Free Education Scheme by the Madhya Pradesh State. The students through this scheme are provided free education, tuition fee waivers and financial assistance during their bachelor’s study period.
Vikramaditya Scheme, free higher education up to graduation level is being provided to the students of general poor class living below the poverty line. Under this scheme, the government will provide students with a maximum annual financial assistance of ₹2,500. The government has not set a specific number for this scheme.
Vikramaditya Scholarship Scheme Eligibility
To avail the benefits of this scheme, students must meet certain criteria. If you want to apply for this scholarship, you will have to follow the following eligibility criteria.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The student must have secured 60% or more marks in the Class 12 examination.
- Only children from poor families in the general category can benefit from the Vikramaditya Free Education Scheme.
- The annual income of the students’ parents should be 120,000 rupees (for higher education) or 54,000 rupees (for graduation).

Registration Procedure for Vikramaditya Scholarship
The official application process for the Vikramaditya Free Education Scheme is conducted online. Let’s take a look at all the necessary steps you must follow to successfully complete the Application Process.
STEP 1: Visit the official MP Scholarship Portal at http://scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in/Index.aspx
STEP 2: At the homepage, go to the “Student Corner” section and then click at “Register Yourself” link.
STEP 3: Then the page to make Registration at Madhya Pradesh State Scholarship Portal 2.0 using Aadhaar number will open.
STEP 4: Here enter your 12 digit aadhar number, confirm it by re-entering and then click at “Proceed: Check & Verify” button.
STEP 5: Fill in all the details such as name, mother name, Samagra ID, E-mail ID, mobile number, category, religion and click at “पंजीकरण करें” .
STEP 6: Upon submitting the MP Vikramaditya Scholarship Yojana Registration form.
STEP 7: User ID and password received on their registered mobile number to make login. Upon making successful login, students dashboard will open where applicants can apply by filling MP Vikramaditya Scholarship Yojana.
STEP 8: Afterwards, click at the “Apply / View Application” link to open the MP Vikramaditya Scholarship Yojana online application form.
STEP 9: Finally, applicants can fill up details in their profile and submit the complete MP Vikramaditya Scholarship Scheme online application form.
