  • The candidate has to be a person who has their primary residence in the sta1` tee of Rajasthan.
  • The candidate should come from a socio-economic class that is less privileged than the rest of society.
  • Socio-economic caste census 2011 beneficiaries
  • Jan Aadhar cardholder
  • Cardholders under the National Food Security Act
  • Employees of Samvida from across all departments
