Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has added 163 new MIG flats in Loknayakpuram and 120 new EWS flats in Narela. Booking for these flats is starting from from 21 October 2025, and the last date to apply is 26 November 2025. DDA aims to provide affordable flats to every income group, EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG, under this housing scheme.

What is DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana?
Delhi Development Authority has launched the Apna Ghar Awas Yojana to provide affordable homes for BPL card holder people. Under this housing scheme, citizens can buy flats based on their income category. Flats are located at Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, Narela and Dwarka, covering all major income groups. The scheme offers ready-to-move flats at discounted prices and follows a First-Come, First-Served.
DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana accessible for all Delhi citizens who buy new home. Flat booking process is completely online, saving time and effort.
Who Can Apply for New Apna Ghar Awas Yojana?
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above.
- EWS category: Family income should not exceed ₹10 lakh per year.
- No income limit for LIG, MIG, and HIG categories.
- Applicant should have a PAN card and a savings bank account.
- Joint applicants should be family members like parents, spouse, or blood relatives.
- Applicants under Divyangjan (PWD) category should be the main applicant.

STEP 1: Visit the official website at https://eservices.dda.org.in/ApnaGharYojana2025 and click on “Apply Here” or “Create Login”.
STEP 2: Fill in your details, select the preferred flat location, and upload required documents.
STEP 3: Review all information carefully and click on the Submit button to complete registration.
STEP 4: Save your acknowledgment for future reference.
All flats will be allotted on a First-Come, First-Served basis. A total of 7,783 flats are available, 7,500 from Phase 1 and 283 added in October 2025. These Flats are available in Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, Narela and Dwarka areas of Delhi.
