Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana. Under the scheme flats are being offered for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Janta categories in Delhi. The flats are located in different locations like Narela, Loknayak Puram, Manglapuri, Dwarka, Rohini, Todapur etc.
The scheme has been started to make sure that people from low and middle-income groups can’t affprd to buy costly home. Everyone is required to register for this scheme. The one-time free registration fee is Rs 2500/-. This scheme is also part of the Affordable Housing for all.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Age should be 18 years or above on the last date of submission.
- No restriction on owning land or property in Delhi.
- For EWS flats, total family income should not be more than ₹10 lakh per year.
- Applicant must have a PAN card and a bank account in their own name.
