Didi Ke Bolo Online Complaint Registration

West Bengal government launched a new Didi Ke Bolo Portal at didikebolo.com for public grievances. A new Didi Ke Bolo contact number 9137091370 and website www.didikebolo.com was started in April 2019. Citizens can register their complaints through Didi Ke Bolo Number.

Now, people no longer have to visit government offices to file their complaints. They can do so from the comfort of their homes through a WhatsApp number. This is the first initiative of its kind announced by the Trinamool Congress (TMC)-led state government.

Under the new Grievance system, more than 5,670 offices of 54 government departments are covered across the state. As of 27 October 2025, 4,930,345 grievance have been lodged out of 3,637,628 have been redressed under the Didi Ke Bolo helpline.
