Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana Maharashtra Beneficiary List Check

The Maharashtra government has updated the list for the Manjhi Ladki Behan Yojana, releasing the new list on the official portal. The old list included some male names, so the state government updated the list of women eligible for the benefit through the e-KYC process.

The Maharashtra government launched the Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana (Maha Ladki Bahin Yojana) to empower women. Under the scheme, eligible women receive a monthly assistance of ₹1,500. Currently, 23 million women are benefiting from this scheme.

Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana Beneficiary List

The KYC process has been initiated to ensure that only eligible women receive the benefits of the scheme. Women who fail to complete their KYC will be removed from the scheme. Therefore, please visit your nearest Gram Panchayat or Setu Suvidha Kendra to complete your KYC.

How to Check Name in Ladki Bahin Yojana List?

Women who have applied for the scheme can check their names on the beneficiary list through the official website. Follow the steps below to check your name.

STEP 1: Visit official website for eKYC process this link.

STEP 2: Now you will see the page as below.

STEP 3: Enter your Aadhaar number and click on terms & conditions, then click on “ओटीपी पाठवा” button.

If your name is not in the beneficiary list, you will see an error message like this

“हा आधार क्रमांक मुख्यमंत्री माझी लाडकी बहिण योजनेच्या यादीत नाही.”

Or you can see message like this: “Aadhaar number not registered” as shown in below image.

But, if you receive OTP on your Aadhaar registered mobile, it means your name is present in the list of Ladki Bahin beneficiaries.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

• Must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra.
• Eligible women include married, widowed, divorced, abandoned, and destitute females.
• Must be between 21 to 65 years of age.
• Must link their Aadhar card with their bank account.
• Family annual income must not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh.
• Maximum 2 women from same household are allowed to get benefits.

Ineligibility Criteria

• Families with an income over Rs. 2.5 lakh per annum are ineligible.
• Taxpayers in the family are not eligible.
• If family members work in government sectors or are past MPs/MLAs, eligibility is void.
• Families owning a four-wheeler, excluding tractors, do not qualify.

Through Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, the aim is to improve the standard of living of women by providing them financial assistance. Under this scheme, the Maharashtra government provides pensions to poor women, allowing them to support their daily lives.
