The state government and Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Limited (MPCZ) have launched a new scheme for the farmers and rural consumers of Madhya Pradesh. This will eliminate the need to pay large sums for agricultural pumps or domestic electricity connections. This scheme will provide a valid electricity connection for just ₹5.
Now, farmers will no longer need to spend large sums of money to obtain electricity connections for their farms or homes. This move will reduce their financial burden and ensure they have adequate electricity for irrigation during the Rabi season.
